Questions

Short answers on how Krahaso works.

What is Krahaso?
Krahaso collects the prices of Albanian shops, from their sites and their Instagram posts, and lines them up for each product. We sell nothing and hold no stock: you buy at the shop.
Can I buy here?
No. The “Go to the shop” button takes you to the shop's page, where you buy.
How fresh are the prices?
Every offer shows when we last saw it on the shop's site, for example “seen today 10:21” or “3 days ago”. An Instagram post shows only the day it was posted; stock is not checked. When the last read is more than 12 hours old, the page says so at the top.
Why is the price at the shop different from here?
Shops change prices during the day. We show the price and the time we saw it; the price that counts is the shop's.
What does “Cheapest” mean?
The offer with the lowest price for the same version and the same condition, from a shop that has it in stock. Instagram offers are not ranked with them.
When is a drop a real one?
When today's price is at least 5% and 500 L below the 30-day median, with at least 21 days of data. A drop of more than 50% is checked before we show it. How we rank offers ›
Why do many products have only one shop?
Most products are sold by only one of the shops we read. For them we show that shop's price and history, without calling it the cheapest.
Do shops pay for their place?
No. The order depends only on price, version, condition and freshness. No shop pays to be here.
How do you compare prices in euro?
Some shops write their prices in euro. We convert them to lek at the day's rate, written at the foot of every page.
What do you do with my data?
There are no accounts and we never ask for your name or e-mail. When you click “Go to the shop” we count the click by product, shop and day, with nothing about you. We use no cookies.
